great pouch it holds alot of stuff i can even fit my sweater in it , this pouch has so many uses, you always make great products 5.11 keep up the good work
The horizontal pouch fits well at the base of my assault pack while two 6.10 verticals occupy the sides. The Slickstick System is a superb innovation to the traditional MOLLE system. In an emergency I can drop all the outer pouches within seconds for a smaller, lighter assault pack. The only disadvantage to the design and material is that my pack and pouches are far heavier than any other pack of similar dimensions. The bright side is that my pack should last for decades even with rigorous use.
Put the 10.6 (H) to my Rush 24 bag and quickly discovered the 10.6's Slicksticks do NOT line up to make attachment & centering easy. Look on the backpacks and you will see six vertical usable MOLLE rows, now count the pouch; four Slicksticks with three spaces in-between. With a six-to-seven row ratio, had to squish the two middle Slicksticks on the pouch to put on my bag.
More space than I had expected in such a small dimensional package. I have this placed on the back of my 5.11 Vest.
Really like the 511 gear, only issue I had was ,that the grommets where missing around the drain hole on the bottom of the pouch.I guess it was something that slipped through quality assurance .
The 10.6 and 6.10 are both quite large pouches (despite me having measured before I purchased) and will hold quite a bit of stuff. It is one large pouch with no dividers or pockets (see video). It is very rugged and attaches via the slick stick system of included straps.
Good for misc items that have no specific pocket. the slick stick is very convenient to attach to LBV.
The product is used as part of my urban search pack. [...] It appears the product is so popular that availability is a problem. Finally, i had to purchase a couple from Condor to use.
This pouch is great for carrying separately, attaching to the outside of other gear or using as an organizer within other gear/bags. I am using it as the latter: attached to the inside of a 5.11 patrol bag. The Slick-Stick system is very flexible... the hardest part about it was deciding how I wanted everything connected. The zippers are strong, don't bind, and easy to open. The whole product seems very strong and durable. Highly recommended.
I was looking for a replacement for my butt pack and found this to be superior over what I was using before.
