Our most popular glove, the Tac-A2 is an all-around duty and tactical glove and an excellent value. The Tac A2 glove features our patented TacticalTouch fingertip construction system for maximum dexterity and longer service life. There is no seam at the fingertip to add bulk, wear out, or irritate you. Synthetic leather grip pads protect your palm and the saddle between thumb and index finger, and improve wear-life. The palm-side breathable synthetic suede is durable and improves your touch and grasp, wet or dry. The stretch nylon back panel lets your hands breathe, keeps you comfortable and, like the rest of the glove, dries fast if it gets wet. We added a sweat wipe on the thumb and the stretch neoprene and Velcro® wrist closure with a reinforced pull tab maintains a secure fit and keeps debris out of your gloves. The lightweight construction of our Tac A2 glove allows better sensitivity during pat-downs than most leather gloves and they are snug enough for use as a shooting glove. Our patented fingertip construction also enables you to do more with your gloves on, reducing the chance of injury or losing a glove because you had to take it off.

I have no complaints about these gloves. They wear well, perfect fit in every condition and good grip and not expensive for the quality you get.

Great gloves
By Salsero

I totally disagree with the negative people!I have these gloves for some time now (more the a year) and they are still great! Just love them. Carry them with me every day. Maybe 5.11 could improve them by adding a larger hole to the pull tabs, so you can hang them on a carabiner or something like that. But still perfect for me!

Great gloves for the price
By Clark S.
from Washington, D.C.
I bought these as a first glove for duty. After having to stand on post outside in the cold in D.C., I needed a glove that was warm, but slim enough that I could still operate all of my gear with. I chose these based on the price point and the fact that they were lighter. I am sort of in between Small and Medium and I went by 5.11's sizing chart and according to that I fit a medium perfectly. Medium felt great at first, but after they broke in, they were a little loose. They still work great though, they are very comfortable to shoot in still and they don't get me hung up on magazine pouches or the like. I can still load with them on with minimal loss of fine motor skills. But I think next time, I'll go with small and break 'em in. But I don't attribute that to the fault of 5.11 100%, everyone is different with sizing so what works for me might not work for someone else and vice versa. I've had these almost 3 months with no sign of damage/wear.

TAC A2 Gloves

I use these specifically for milsim and training. They fit well, handle the abuse well, are comfortable here in Florida, and provide adaquit grip. The only complaint I could think of was the lack of protection on the top of the hand and knuckles. Maybe a thicker layer of leather in these areas to allow for protection. All in all, a great product, especially for the money. I would definitely recommend these gloves.
