I saw this bag several months back but just wasn't sure if it would do the job for me. I was looking more into the Cramer Sling Pack Elite but didn't really want to spend that much money. I'm the athletic trainer for a local high school soccer team and I needed something to carry athletic tape, Pre-wrap, ice packs, cold spray, bandaids, gauze, gloves and one water bottle. Life just got to busy and I didn't order the Cramer sling. Long story short I decided to purchase this pack 2 hrs before game time and I have to say I was very pleased with it! It was very comfortable it carried all my supplies and I only spent [$] compared to $100. I totally would recommend this back to any athletic trainer out there. Oh ya, my full-time job is an Engineer Paramedic and t think this bag would work great to grab and go.

The PUSH +R+ Pack carries my first responder gear. Everything from gauze (one can never have enough) to NS. It stays loaded and ready to go at all times, so I never worry about getting caught off guard. It is set up to be able to use for CCW, but I do not utilize the pack in this capacity, so I cannot speak to the usefulness in this regard.

First, the things I happen not to like about it. I wish there were a few more options for organization. The main pocket is really just one big pocket, but this works well for holding Kling Rolls and Ace bandages. Smaller things tend to fall to the bottom without special precautions, so it is fairly easy to lose things in this area. The pen holder seems to be placed slightly too high such that when the bag closes, the pens will contact the top flap. Finally, I like the idea of the expandable water bottle holders, but I wish there was a better way to secure a 1 liter (Nalgene-type) bottle. I have a feeling they will have a tendency to jump out during a flurry of activity (although this has not occurred yet).

Now, the things I love about this bag. This bag is large enough to carry everything I need in the field. It isn't too big, but everything fits very nicely without being smashed into the space. The red color is just loud enough to not get lost without being completely obnoxious. The MOLLE allows for customization and addition of pouches (I currently have my gloves in a MOLLE pouch), which increases functionality. The sunglasses holder is a great place to put tape and scissors for quick access, and I use the CCW pouch for abdominal trauma pads.

Overall, I could not be more pleased with this bag. It is a perfect complement to my Responder 24 bag and I look forward to many years of use out of it.

This 5.11 Tactical bag is great for carrying T, BP cuff, Stethoscope, Trauma shears, Pin flashlight, Tape, Flat SAMS splints, peroxide, sauves, glucometer, varies sized gauze and bandaids. Plus two water 20oz. water bottles for each side and there is still room for more.

I use this to carry my stethoscope, shears, PPE, and all the other items that might be needed in the first five minutes of a call. This is a very convenient size with lots of pockets and loops to organize contents. It is also very comfortable across the shoulder and doesn't swing around during normal movement. I recommend it highly!

this pack carries everything i need. i use it when tracking criminal or loss persons. It is a great product for anyone working with search and rescue.
