"It's HUGE ! ! ! Have a look at the 5.11 web site. They're designing stow bags for firefighters, first responders, ambulance crews, law enforcement . . . likely oil rig workers, construction, smoke jumpers too. This is not a "gym bag." Heavy duty, rugged, intended for extreme use "tactical" duty. Large zipper pulls for gloved hands, beefy construction, no BS design, light colored interior for finding gear in low-light, interior hanging bag. Built like you could trust your life to it. I'm using mine as gear stowage on the Harley-Davidson for long-distance (2,000 mile) tours, camping on the road: Tent, sleeping bag, ground cloth, rain-gear, tools, etc. We're not packing "toiletries and a running shorts." *LMAO* This bag gets lashed to the bike w/ nylon ratchet straps, gets over-stuffed, jammed, compressed. It's bright RED w/ reflective strip. External pocket for "go to items," heavy reinforced bottom, heavy zippers. High visibility on the back of the motorcycle. When the nylon gym-bag and roller luggage is not making it, this is the bag you want to move up to!"

We're retired, serious about motorcycle touring, and also First Responder, medical / volunteer firefighter, Army veteran. We know the difference between tools and toys!

If you're a volie that keeps their turnout gear in their PV, it's perfect for walking from the car to the station. I tried for years to just grab it all in my hands, but now I just pop the truck, grab the side handle, throw it over my shoulder and I'm walking. Very helpful, especially if you have anything else to bring into the station.

It's not something you CANT live without but it makes life easier and faster to get on that truck.

I love 5.11 Tactical
I bought this bag for my bunker gear. I will hold pants and boots, jacket, nomex, helmet, gloves, scba mask and plenty of more stuff. Built well nice sturdy handles, zippers and a padded shoulder strap.

This product is used mainly for carrying and storing my Martial Arts gear. chest, head, legs and arm protection, spare Gi's, shoes. it holds it all with room to spare. Would like to see section pockets at both end with the same zippers used with each pockets. These would be great for damp clothing and shoes. As with all your products the quality and customer service are off the hook!!!
