Comments about 5.11 Tactical Responder 84 ALS Backpack:
I use this pack primarily for wilderness SAR but have also used it for general EMT/EMS response. This pack is extremely comfortable when packed full (40-50lbs) for bushwhacking and scrambling and even general backpacking. It has room for everything you would need and more. I am able to pack all my EMS and SAR gear into the pack with a little bit of room left. The only difficult thing I have ran into is carrying my single rope with the bag but this bag was not designed for such. I honestly could not ask for more in a bag for SAR and EMS work. 5.11 you have made an amazing product and have gained a customer for life. Thanks 5.11!

Great ALS Bag!

This is an excellent medic bag. The modules inside are great for organizing IV and intubation equipment and there is plenty of other room to add BLS supplies as well. C-collars and multi trauma dressings fit into the large compartment in front without having to be bent. The only downside is that it is a little heavy when you add the o2 tank, but that is the same with any combo bag.

Awesome Bag!
By Medic4572

This bag has the ability to hold ever piece of medical equipment you might need. I use it as a first in bag. When I go in I know I have all the equipment I will need no matter what the call. Quality is great. Can be heavy to carry depending on what O2 bottle you have. example steel or aluminum. But you dont have to carry oxygen in it. This is the best EMS back that I have found on the market. I have looked at lots and tried lots of packs. Couldn't ask for a better bag.
