I am a diabetic and a COPD patient. I like the outdoors and hike and cycle a lot. Due to me being a busy person with work and spare time..i have continues need for my meds and First Aid care. This pouch is the perfect size for all those needs for me. Its attached to whichever bag i use, the MOAB10 or the Messenger bag. Great job !

This med pouch is not the first purchased. Prior use of the 5.11 6.6 Med Pouch proved it tough and vicious against various environments. Other similar molle med pouches from other manufactures were discarded due to poor workmanship. The 5.11 Med Pouch has ample room and can stuff exceptional amount of med supplies. The zippers are strong enough to close when it is packed to the max. We have purchased custom made tactical gear from other manufacturers but we cannot count on consistent quality which 5.11 provides. The Med Pouch is great for bailout bags, glove compartment or any undetectable ops bag.

I have not listed any cons but I believe a similar bag two to three times bigger with misc pockets on the side and a main compartment to store several of these (4 minimum) med pouches back to back would be a great idea, very practical and mandatory in any vehicle('s).

Great med pouch. I bought this as an add on to my MOAB 10 pack and actually got to test it out during a recent 5 day family trip. I am sorry to say it worked very well when my 5 year old took a tumble. It was extremely convenient having everything I needed readily available. The pouch is very roomy. This has now become my everyday first aid pouch.

I got this pouch to use it as my personal first aid kit. I take it almost everywhere - hunting, hiking, on vacation etc. As a doctor, I stuffed a lot of things inside - the capacity of this pouch is amazing considering it's size. Internal zippered mesh pockets work great for organizing stuff, furthermore you can easily see what's inside. For example I put dressings in one pocket and pharmaceuticals in the other one. Elastic loops between the pockets work great for tick pincers or a pair of tweezers. The pouch is compatible with MOLLE which is great, becouse one can attach it to a backpack or a bag thus saving some space inside and making the pouch easily accesible when needed. Zippers are smooth and quite silent. Medical cross on the front is also quite nice, couse it's easy to identify it as a medical pouch. Build quality is very high - I use it about a year and still no sign of wear and tear. Overall a great product for a reasonable price! Thank you 5.11!
