Comments about 5.11 Tactical Cuff Case:

I bought this product thinking I was going to use it as a 10 22 trimag holster; tight fit but it worked. Could have used little more velcro real etate but once closed, I don't think it will open up on it's own. First thing I noticed is that the quality was very good. This was my first 5.11 product so I was impressed.. I plan on purchasing other 5.11 products. There is a divider inside for the 2 cuffs, but it can be layed flat if you want to use it to carry something thicker. (btw trimag holds 3 10/22 factory mags) so this pouch is pretty roomy. or close the velcro tight for 2 cuffs. Time will tell but velcro is 2 sqare inches so I wonder how it will hold up after repeated use. If 5.11 is listening.. an adjustable snap-on button would have made this product perfect. Just a note, I wouldn't recommend using this pouch to carry small things like AA batteries because flap being closed all the way down will still leave opening on the sides. items may fall out the sides if you go prone or fall down. For what it was intended for and other uses plus very good quality I'd give it 6 star if I could.

I got this for my vest as I was doing amphibious things and wanted the ability to "dump" everything if I needed to. I like the slick stick "molle" attachment. I tried to put two ASP cuffs in and it was a little tight. All other cuffs are good though, exept the Hiatt Ultimate Hinged handcuff and I have not found anything to fit those.

I originally bought this to put cuffs in but quickly found it had other uses so I bought another. I outfitted it on my PUSH pack to put my wallet, keys and other small objects in. Very well made.

Overall great product. The clip bands have about an inch more than the width of the TDU belt so if you're performing an operation that requires jumping or sliding there's a chance the cuff holders could move or shift.

I was surprised to find that it hold two sets of cuffs. That saves me room for other critical gear.

The function of the product is very good. The velcro flap is easy to get a hold of with bare fingers, gloves make it slightly more difficult. Holds cuffs securely and quietly if properly inserted.
My only complaint is that the fit of this particular product on the molle system was such that I could not use every loop as the instructions indicated. I had this same problem with the piston magazine pouch. However, the radio pouch and 6x6 pouch fit perfectly. That being said, the cuff pouch is still very secure and does not flop around in any way. It was just frustrating during installation that some of the products fit perfectly and were easy to install and the others were not.
