I work in several Law Enforcement capacities including patrol work and correctional settings. Primarily for patrol, I've began creating my Active Shooter Bag (ASB) based on 5.11's Bail Out Bag. The inside Molle Web is the perfect size for a Cuff Pouch, Single Handgun Mag Pouch for a backup flashlight, and Single AR Mag Pouch.

The Mag Pouch holds AR mags perfectly and securely. The elastic band and velcro flap make it even better.

After some playing around at the uniform store, I found that three ASP Tri-Fold Disposable Restraints fit perfectly inside of these when folded. This allows me to add the three Tri-Folds to a secure spot inside my ASB. Single-handed access and quick deployment are vital. This is the ultimate carrying case for the Tri-Folds, even with the rings attached.

It doesn't get any better than this! I made the mistake of ordering a couple of pouches from Specter Gear that were twice as expensive. My 5.11 pouches are much higher quality and for half the price...what was I thinking! I have attached 11 AR and pistol mag pouches in various positions on the outside of my Eberlestock G4 Operator pack for easily accessible ammo storage and to save inside space for other gear. I plan on attaching more 5.11 pouches to a VTAC LBE. I can't say enough about the quality of 5.11 gear and what they are giving it away for. Outstanding!
