I'm in roadworks so a reflective vest is a must for safety purposes. This vest is excellent in its brightness and best of all it doesn't feel stifling while wearing this in the tropical heat.

While it isn't as light as other vests I've used before, it isn't as warm as the others. The build quality is also a notch above others I've used. It doesn't seem like its gonna tear anytime soon.

One other thing, this material will dirty easily but guess I'll just throw it in the washer more often.

Service and delivery comments:

Excellent, fast delivery.

Customer service wise...... almost non-existent. Only one way communication from 5.11. All my emails went unanswered. Other than the items from the Closeout section, you may be better off getting 5.11 products cheaper elsewhere AND with better Customer Service.

This is a great road vest. I use it primarily, when walking the dog late at night. It adjusts well to fit over a t-shirt or a bulky flight jacket. The visibility far exceeds anything you'll find in a sporting goods or hardware store.
The mic clips also will hold a mini maglite if you have the clip for the flashlight.
I'm thinking about buying another one to leave in the car.
