I just got my windbreaker. Great item. I am in Law Enforcement so I would add two pen pockets to the front chest area because when the patches get put on the arm pen pockets are no longer usable. I would also put two small slots in the shoulders like the 5-11 tactical polos. That way this can be a full functional item for Fire Fighters/EMTS and Law Enforcement.

5-11 is the best uniform product on the market by far. I started with 5-11 when all they had was the tactical bdu style pant. Now they have boots, flash lights, watches. I wear everything 5-11 when I am at work tactical boxers to their under shirts, boots, pants, watch, and socks. 5-11 Rocks! I am a 5-11 strong supporter. Thanks for all you do for the public safety professions.

I've used other windbreakers before, but the 5.11 jacket is much better. At times I like to pull my sleeves up a bit, and the other ones would get stretched out, then hang down over my hands. With the spandex in the wrists and collars, these keep a nice fit all the time. Great spring/fall jacket. Had some embroidery done as well and it looks great.

I've now worn this Windbreaker out a few times and on a few calls. It is very comfortable to wear and it does keep the wind off you, however it's not a jacket to keep warm. You'll still need to wear long sleeves under if you're planning to wear this in colder weather (5.11 Cold weather Mock A++). The fit on the waist is a little tight when pulling it over. The Elastic on bottom is tight and does stretch very well but it's sown in so there isn't alot of give on the waist of the jacket. First time I did pull it over, I thought I was going to rip it because I have broader shoulders. Pen pockets are great and so are the front two pockets. Sleeve length is ideal and it wears well on you. Only design change is the waste area for people that like a tighter fit, If I had ordered a Large I would have this issue so depends on your desired look.

Great shirts, but they need to make them in diffrent colors. Our Dept. wears black jackets, so we cant wear them on duty.
