good for spring and fall nights, like the other brands of compression wear. if its cold i stick with my mid-polartec really cold i might layer these under the polartec's.

Nothing special about this from any other off brand product. You can find better or equivalent for Way Cheaper. Not paying 40 bucks for just the logo. Product was returned, will find under ware else ware!

Once again - a completely useless underpant. It actually makes you colder in the winter. I also own a Patagonia and a UniQlo, both aren't any good. The only underpant/leggins that was any good has been made by (now defunct) Medalist. I still have one.

SO - DON'T BUY THIS!

My opinion is the same with all the brands of so-called compression winter or cold weather under gear made by high dollar name brands. I have found none to actually keep you warm or even to work as any base layer.
Stick to what works ie. (silk base then heavy military poly)or(military wool/fleece lined thermal then light poly) or a combination of those. Dont pay some high dollar brand to do less in the field.

Bought these hoping they would replace my bulky thermal underwear in the winter. They are very comfortable but useless in cold weather. They actually make me colder as I can feel them get cold under my pants, especially when the wind blows. Feels like I pulled them out of a refridgerator and put them on. My cheap long underwear [...]works better than these. A very very rare miss for 5.11.
