I want these, but our uniform pants are black! I have the original EMS and love the fit, the pockets....everything about them, except I live in Florida and want a lighter version. Please make these in black and soon, before summer hits in Florida!!

I have 4 pairs (2) ems and (2) taclite. Taclite are very breathable! I also ordered a size up and I'm 5'7" and get the longs (hate when you sit down and comes up over the boot). I have only had a issue with one pair with the button always unsnapping... I just took a pliers and squezzed on both sides of the button and it worked. Love these pants!

i have worn these about a year for a volunteer service, and i love them!!! now for my paid service, i need them in black, and there isn't an option for black in the taclite. i am 5'2" and i wear a size 4 jeans(american eagle)i order a 6 to fit, or an 8 to have extra room...the 8 is a little long, and the 6 is almost too short with boots. these pants fit sooo well that i am refusing the company that starts w a "p" free ones and buying the regular 511 ems pants until they hopefully make the taclite in black! Seriously, no other pants fit this well if you are a petite woman!!!

Absolutely what I was looking for! I was concerned about the fit... but these fit great! I'm only 5ft 6 but I can't stand when pants don't stay over my boots/shoes so I ordered the long length and they're just right. Overall the pants are very comfortable including in warm weather. They've been holding up great! I recommend them to everyone and I'm planning on ordering a second pair!

Best pants I have ever owned!

Love them! They run a little small; buy a size or 2 up. Would get 5 stars but not perfect. Need: smaller back pockets, button instead of snap for the fly, also there should be a summer weight pants - very thick & heavy. All & all very comfortable. FYI: I have been an EMT for 6 years in a progressive, busy 911 system. I have worked in 4 states. These are the best pants I have ever had for this job. They just fit right.
