The clip that's supposed to lock it closed is very loose. With very little pressure it will open, if the case is squeezed, the "lock" can just open without any effort. It has a sealed gasket all the way around to complete this as a "sealed enclosure", but if the lock doesn't 'snap' shut, then it's really not doing what it should. I feel that the rubber gasket is ample enough for what it is, but the tabs (both on the case and lock mechanism) needs to be larger. For me, a travel cigar case should close and seal. As is, this is very likely to open in my travel and defeat the purpose. I would love for this to be just a bad one, but until someone can confirm it's getting returned.
