FAQs:
Battery life: Battery life depends on a number of variables including the environment and amount of use the various functions are subjected to. Battery replacement should only be performed by the 5.11 Tactical® service facility.

Water resistance: 5.11 watches have seals at all points where water may enter the case. Before entering any wet environment, be sure that the case is properly sealed, including the crown. If your watch has a screw down crown it should be tightly closed. Failure to keep the crown sealed can allow water or moisture to enter the case and damage the watch. Check the security of the crown periodically as it can loosen with normal use. Be especially certain that the crown is secured following changing the time or date. Do not use buttons or adjust the time on your watch when it is in a wet environment as this can allow water or moisture to enter your watch. Note, too, that seals can be compromised if the watch is subjected to extreme shock and temperature or pressure changes, swimming pool chemicals, and seawater. Seals naturally degrade over time and may need to be replaced to ensure best performance. The 5.11 Tactical® service facility can advise you if your seals should be replaced when they perform repair or maintenance work.

Warranty service: Please refer to your watch manual or our web site for an explanation of warranty coverage for your 5.11 Tactical® watch. Work or service performed by any other shop or person will void the warranty and may cause damage to your watch. Retain your original receipt as proof of purchase from an authorized 5.11 Tactical® Dealer. The warranty does not cover batteries, leather straps, scratches, damage arising from normal or excessive wear, misuse, accidents or from any alteration, service, or repair from any party other than the authorized 5.11 Tactical® service facility. 5.11 products purchased from unauthorized dealers are not covered by the 5.11 Tactical® warranty.
