About Ray Mears
Ray Mears is one of the few true outdoor legends. Terms:
5.11's Ray Mears Competition begins September 26th, 2011 and ends December 31st, 2011, at 2:00 PM (CETT). By submitting an entry, each contestant agrees to the rules of the contest and states that they are 18 years old or older and inhabitant of the United Kingdom.
Who may enter:
Anyone 18 years old or older—except for individuals affiliated with 5.11, including employees, interns, volunteers and their immediate families (children, siblings and spouses) and others living in their households—are eligible. 5.11 will determine winners' eligibility.
What to enter:
The 3 winners are drawn from those that have entered the competition via the online form at 511tactical.com/raymears
How to enter:

Only completely filled in forms are accepted.
We do not accept entries submitted through the mail. We do not accept more than one contestant per e-mail address.
Entry deadline:
All entries must be received through 511tactical.com/raymears on December 31st, 2011 at 2:00 PM (CET).
Judging:
3 winners will be chosen by team 5.11 Europe.
Please do not contact us about the status of entries.
The 3 winners will be notified of their status by February 28, 2012 and names ,with permission, will appear on our web site on March 1, 2012.

Grand Prize:
A free 1-day survival course by Ray Mears for two persons on a location in the UK.
1st Prize
A tactical shirt, tactical pants, belt, t-shirt and footwear of choice + a free 5.11 cap
2nd Prize
A Rush 72 backpack
Winners must sign an affidavit and license and will be responsible for paying any taxes they may owe on a prize.
Any travel cost made to get to the location for the day survival course will not be paid by 5.11. We will contact the winner after the 10th of January to schedule the course.
