Shipping Delay Notice
In an effort to meet the growing demand of our core customers, we have updated our system infrastructure with a new ERP platform, Microsoft Dynamics AX. This has impacted our ability to meet the high level of service you’ve come to expect from us. We apologize for the shipping delays many of you have experienced.
- Our goal is to get your product to you in time for Christmas. We are working to deliver all orders placed before 9pm PST 12/08/17 by Christmas.
- For all orders placed after 12/08/17, we cannot ensure delivery before Christmas.
