I love my pro pants they fit my waist recently my only issue is they are tight around my legs would love of the had a way to order for people who have larger legs.
I purchased these pants and received them 2 days ago, tried them on and the legs have way too much room, the length is ok, and the waist fit was good, but the amount of flare on the bottom is just a little too much for my liking on a pair of tac pants. My only issue is that im 5'4, 115 lbs. Trying to find a pair of tactical pants that will fit me right is difficult, without having to have them altered. I don't want to spend $50-80 on a pair of pants just to turn around and spend more money to get them altered. These pants would be perfect for someone/ anyone that is bigger than me. Being petite is definitely not fun when it comes to trying to find a good pair of tactical pants.
These pants are not great for a women with curves. I am 5'1 115lbs and I have pretty average hips for a Latin woman. I where a size 2-4 in regular pants but had to get a 6 in these to accommodate my hips. I find it very uncomfortable to sit for long periods of time because the material pulls in my crotch and a bigger size wouldn't help because these are already baggy around my waist.
I like these pants, I really do. After looking at the size chart, I picked a size 8 and hoped they had a little give. They do! I feel like they fit comfortably. I like that there is enough room built in to squat down without any binding up.
The fabric on these is a little loud, you can definitely hear the Swedish of the fabric when I walk down the hallway. I plan on getting the tactical pants next time, to minimize that.
I'm 5' 6” tall, and found the regular length to be a little short, especially when sitting. I'll go tall next time. I agree with commenters who indicated that the legs should be a little tapered, these are straight cut. It doesn't bother me enough to get them tailored.
These have held up brilliantly in the washer, and I'm guessing after another several washes some of the crinkly sounds will go away. They've stayed black, which is great.
I like these pants for work as long as I am not moving around too much, but I find that the Regular length is in fact more of a petite. I am 5'6 and these are floods on me. I ended up ordering another pair for hiking, but they were not very well suited for this since they are too snug in the hips (I weigh 120lbs and am by no means curvy). I was a bit disappointed with these so I will try the Stryke pants next time.
I have purchased two pair of these pants and at 5'5. 117 lbs, the size 4 long fit perfect with enough room to move comfortably. These pants are amazing and I am thankful that this long legged skinny girl can girl can finally find good fitting & style pants. Thank You. I will pick up the other colors offered. I currently have green & khaki
The tan pants fit me perfect, the black are tight. If I hold them up to each other the black are an inch tighter!! The tan shorts are 2 inches tighter! If it is a size 14 they should all be the SAME SIZE! Color and length shouldn't matter!!!
These used to be my all time favorite tac pants. I owned every color. They lasted through everything and the size 2 fit perfect when I was 5'5" and 125 lbs. Now I lost weight and at 113 lbs, the size 2 is too big. 5.11, you need to accommodate smaller women. I am really not that skinny, just very fit. I have been forced to buy Under Armour's tac pants instead.
I don't know why 5.11 decided to make the rise lower on the women's pants. A shorter seat is not only uncomfortable, but impractical when the pants are being used for tactical purposes. Bring back the original rise waist lines!
Since I'm a female built straight up and down I have a problem finding pants that fit in both waist and hips as if the waist fits, then hips are huge. These fit just perfect. They have been comfortable sitting, kneeling, standing and bending. The cell pocket just fits my iPhone 5S in a slim Ballistic case.
