5.11 TACTICAL THIRD–PARTY WEBSITE RESALE POLICY

What is it?

In order to enhance and preserve the image of the 5.11 Tactical brand, which in turn benefits all of our resellers, we prohibit our distributors and retailers (collectively, "dealers") from reselling 5.11 Tactical® products on websites hosted or operated by third parties (e.g., Amazon Marketplace, eBay, etc.) or through other means of third–party distribution.

What if I don’t comply?

In the event of non–compliance by a dealer, the consequences may include the following, as determined by 5.11 in our sole discretion:

• 1. the dealer’s account may be placed on ship hold;
• 2. the dealer’s discount may be revoked; and/or
• 3. the dealer’s account may be closed.

Please note that these remedies do not preclude us from pursuing any other remedies we might have as a result of a violation of this policy.
