Cloth face coverings and daily symptom screening are required for all employees.
We’ve implemented social distancing measures. Floor decals have been placed in aisle ways to help provide guidance. The observation of one way traffic within the store aisles should also be maintained.
We may, at times, limit the number of occupants in the store to the degree necessary to facilitate social distancing in compliance with state/local requirements.
Hand sanitizer stations are available for both employees and customers of the store.
We are regularly sanitizing and disinfecting high touchpoint areas in the store- particularly fitting rooms, restrooms, cashwrap area/counters, and seating areas, throughout the day. Employees will administer enhanced sanitizing and disinfecting every evening after the store closes for business and/or every morning prior to opening.
Stay home if you have a fever or flu-like symptoms.
Q: Why did 5.11 decide to reopen? A: The health and safety of our customers and employees has always been our top priority, especially in how we reopen our stores, and we've been closely following guidance from federal, state and local agencies and governments. Our teams are working to reopen stores across the country, while keeping the wellbeing and safety of our customers and employees our top consideration with every decision.
Q: What are the store hours? A: Current hours of store operations are 10 a.m. – 6 p.m. Monday – Sunday
What safety precautions are you taking to protect both customers and employees? A: We’re making important updates and changes to ensure a safe shopping experience that follows federal, state, local agencies and governments. Here’s what you can expect:
Health Screenings Conducting employee health screenings at the beginning of every shift.
Cloth Face Coverings Providing cloth face coverings for all employees.
Increased Cleaning Regularly sanitizing high touchpoint areas - including door handles, fitting rooms, restrooms, cash register counters, and seating areas throughout the day, including deep cleaning each morning and night.
Social Distancing Enforcing social distancing of six feet or more within the stores, among both employees and customers.
Symptomatic Employees Requiring employees with symptoms to stay home.
Q: Are customers required to wear masks? A: We do ask that everyone wear face-covering in our stores. It's our way of taking good care of you and a way for you to take care of us and everyone in the store. For stores located in cities and counties requiring face coverings, we will require customers shopping in our stores to comply with local ordinances.
Q: How will you enforce social distancing? A: You’ll see signage throughout the store as a reminder to allow six feet or more between yourself and others. We’ve also trained our employees.
Q: Can I return something in store (either from an online order, in-store or curbside)? A: Yes, you can return your purchase in store.
Q: Can I use my own shopping bag? A: Unfortunately, no. To limit contact and ensure everyone’s safety and comfort, we ask that you leave your own shopping bag at home. For now, please allow us to provide you a bag for your purchases.
