1. Secure the arm or shoulder straps of the secondary bag by detaching them or folding them into pockets.
2. Line up your bags to locate the best anchor points - often the top and bottom side panel MOLLE strips on most backpacks.
3. Attach the middle C-clip of the webbing strap to an upper MOLLE strip on the side panel of your primary bag.
4. Secure the end C-clip of the webbing strap to the same MOLLE strip.
5. Attach a Tier System buckle to an upper left MOLLE strip on the side panel of your secondary bag.
6. Repeat steps 3-5 for the other 3 webbing strap and buckle sets on your primary and secondary bags.

2. Line up your bags to locate the best anchor points - typically the top front flap MOLLE strip on most messenger bags.
3. Attach the middle C-clip of the webbing strap to a MOLLE loop on the left side of the front flap.
4. Attach the C-clip on the end of the strap to the same MOLLE strip for additional security.
5. Attach a Tier System buckle to 4 side panel MOLLE straps on your secondary bag (top right, top left, bottom right, and bottom left).
6. Use the closure prongs for the front flap to secure the bottom buckles.

5. Attach a Tier System buckle to an upper MOLLE strip on the side panel of your secondary bag.
6. Repeat steps 3-5 for the other 3 webbing strap and buckle sets on your primary and secondary bags.
