Return Policy
5.11 Tactical has a 90-day returns and exchanges policy. You may return your merchandise to 5.11 Tactical within 90 days from the date of purchase of your product. Refunds will be applied to original credit card used at the time of purchase.
5.11 Tactical will only honor returns on orders placed directly from 511Tactical.com. 5.11 Tactical will not honor returns on merchandise purchased at retail locations. Items may not be worn or washed. Shipping charges will only be covered by 5.11 Tactical in the event of a return or exchange of a defective product, or a shipping error.
Products may be exchanged only if original hangtags are attached and the product has not been washed or worn. In the event that the style being returned is no longer available for exchange, a product of equal value may be substituted instead.
Please be sure to follow washing and handling instructions carefully as 5.11 Tactical does not give returns or exchanges due to mis-washing of products.
Kindly be aware, that while we happily refund the entire product cost, the initial shipping charge remains non-refundable. This is because the shipping fee compensates for our logistics partner's service of delivering your order, a task that's already fulfilled once you receive the item. Hence, this particular expense is irrecoverable for us.
If you have received complimentary items (commonly known as "Gift with Purchase", e.g., Patch of the Month, Call of Duty patch) due to meeting a certain spending threshold, and if by returning items you no longer meet that threshold, you are required to return these complimentary items as well.
Exchange
How do I do an exchange?
Return the item you received according to the return policy and then place a new order on the website. If there has been a change in price for the item when you place the new order, please contact customer service for help: cs.ce.emea@511tactical.com.
