Sizing Instructions
Using measuring tape, measure your body at the reference points listed below.
ILIAC CREST / WAIST MEASUREMENT Place your hands on your waist and find the top of the pelvis (hip bones). Measure the circumference at this point. The measurement must be taken over and around your hip bones as this is where the belt is located.
TORSO LENGTH Placing your hand on the back of your neck, tilt your head down to locate your C7 vertebrae. This will be the most prominent bone protruding from the back of your neck. Measure from the base of your neck (C7) to your Iliac crest to find your toros length
