Nutze ein Maßband, miss direkt am Körper (nicht über Kleidung) und orientiere Dich an der Abbildung. Wenn Du zwischen zwei Größen liegst, wähle die kleinere für eine engere Passform oder die größere für eine weitere Passform. Für die Ärmellänge misst Du von der oberen Rückenmitte bis zum Handgelenk.
