WHAT IS THE BATTLEFIELD™ x 5.11 PARTNERSHIP?
The Battlefield x 5.11 partnership brings real world performance into immersive gameplay through custom soldier skins, cosmetics and wearable gear inspired by 5.11’s purpose-driven brand making purpose-built gear.
The Battlefield x 5.11 cosmetics will be available in-game during Season 2, February 17th 2026.
Players will have their first opportunity to secure the Field-Tested engineer skin via a limited edition promotional apparel release in Las Vegas, Nevada while supplies last. Or online on the 5.11 website at 511tactical.com by spending $50 USD on any 5.11 gear.
New collaborative apparel featuring the gift with purchase skin will be available on 5.11’s website starting February 17th, 2026.
In addition to the apparel, players will have an opportunity to secure the Be Ready player card by signing up for 5.11’s SMS alerts.

WHAT DO I NEED TO DO TO SECURE THE BATTLEFIELD X 5.11 FIELD TESTED ENGINEER SKIN AND BE READY PLAYER CARD?
Battlefield players will need to make a purchase of a minimum of $50 or more at 5.11’s U.S. retailers or 5.11’s website. Before completing your purchase online, players will need to enter “BATTLEFIELD6” at checkout to receive their code.
For purchases in-store at the Las Vegas storefront, players will receive a voucher with the unique EA cosmetic code tied to their purchase to redeem online at EA.com/redeem or https://www.ea.com/games/battlefield/battlefield-6/redeem
To secure the Be Ready player card, you’ll need to sign up for SMS alerts with 5.11 by texting BATTLEFIELD6 to 29683 to receive a code to redeem the card. Standard data rates apply. No purchase necessary.
Both items will be available in-game at the start of Season 2 on February 17th, 2026.
WHERE CAN I BUY THE BATTLEFIELD X 5.11 PRODUCTS?
You can purchase the Battlefield x 5.11 apparel starting February 17th, 2026, and any other current 5.11 products at participating 5.11 retail stores in the United States or on 5.11’s website at https://www.511tactical.com/ where shipping is available.

WHAT DO I DO ONCE I MAKE MY PURCHASE AT A 5.11 RETAILER?
If you make your purchase online, players will need to enter the BATTLEFIELD6 at checkout before completing their order of $50 U.S. dollars or more to receive their EA cosmetic code for redemption. The EA code will be sent to the email tied to your order.
For in-store purchases, players will receive a voucher for their purchase of $50 U.S. dollars or more with their unique EA cosmetic code. Each code is unique and tied to each purchase.
HOW DO I REDEEM MY PROMOTIONAL CODE FOR THE 5.11 FIELD-TESTED ENGINEER SKIN?

Players will need to login with their EA app account information to redeem their promotion code.
Content is limited per game platform and will be granted to your EA Account on the first Supported Platform that you sign into after completing the code redemption process on the promotional website.
Your EA Account needs to be in good standing to redeem your Battlefield x 5.11 cosmetic codes. Banned or suspended EA accounts won’t receive the content.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY 5.11 CODE?
Codes for purchases that meet the $50 USD threshold will receive their code within 24 hours of a player’s purchase.
Players that sign up for 5.11’s SMS alerts will receive their code within 24 hours.
WHAT IF I DON’T HAVE AN EA ACCOUNT?

When you register your new EA Account, we’ll ask you for:
Your email address – so you can log in. Use a secure email address you’ll always have access to and check often, like Yahoo or Gmail, instead of one from school or work.
You’ll use your email address to recover your account if you ever need to, and we'll use this email address to verify your EA Account.
An EA ID – this is created by you and it’s how you’ll be known in your games, on our websites, and on EA Forums

- Your Public ID is the same as your EA ID.
- To help keep your EA Account secure, we limit how often you can update your EA ID. You can only update your EA ID once every 30 days.
A password – create a password that you’ll remember, and keep it safe.
Your country of residence — so we know what works for you and your locatiion.
Your date of birth — to give you an age-appropriate experience. Make sure you share your real date of birth, following EA’s User Agreement.
If we need to recover your account for you, we might need to confirm your date of birth.
HOW LONG DOES THE PROMOTION LAST?
The promotion begins February 17th, 2026 at 8:00 AM PST and ends May 11th 2026 at 11:59PM PST.[3] < style="mso-special-character: comment;"> [4][5] Battlefield x 5.11 cosmetic items are available while supplies last.
HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO REDEEM MY CODE?
Players have until May 12th 2026 at 5AM EDT.
Promotional codes that have not been redeemed by this time will not be valid and will have no cash value.
HOW OLD DO I HAVE TO BE TO PARTICIPATE?
You must be at least 18 years old to participate in the Battlefield x 5.11 promotion.
DO I NEED THE BATTLEFIELD™ 6 GAME?
Players will need to either have access to the full entitlement of Battlefield 6 (sold separately), or Battlefield REDSEC (available separately) on either PS5, Xbox XlS, Steam, Epic, or the EA app. Applicable platform account and platform subscription (sold separately) may be required. Persistent internet connection and EA account required.
WHAT DO I NEED TO ENTER THE BATTLEFIELD X 5.11 PROMOTION SO I CAN USE THE REWARDS IN-GAME?

HOW MANY REWARDS CAN I REDEEM?
Each EA Account can redeem up to one (1) unique codes per EA account from the Battlefield x 5.11 promotion.
HOW WILL I KNOW WHICH REWARDS I RECEIVED?
Launch Battlefield™ 6 on a Supported Platform and sign into the EA Account that you used to redeem your 5.11 cosmetic code(s). Players will receive an in-game message in their inbox notifying them of their reward.
The reward will be available to use in-game at the beginning of Season 2 on February 17, 2026.
CAN I TRANSFER MY COLLECTED REWARDS TO ANOTHER EA ACCOUNT?
No. Once the reward has been granted to one EA Account, it can't be transferred to another EA Account.
MY CODE IS INVALID. WHAT CAN I DO?
If your code is invalid, make sure you enter the digits correctly.
WHAT IF I ENTERED THE DIGITS CORRECTLY?
If you get an error message when you attempt to redeem your code, you’ll need to reach out to the issuing party. They may ask you to provide your proof of purchase.
I’M NOT SEEING MY 5.11 FIELD TESTED ENGINEER SKIN OR PLAYER CARD IN MY GAME. WHAT DO I DO?
Make sure you’re logged into BATTLEFIELD™ 6 on a Supported Platform. The Supported Platforms are:
PlayStation®5
Xbox Series X|S
PC via the EA app, Steam, or Epic.

IF I HAVE MORE THAN ONE EA ACCOUNT, WILL MY REWARDS TRANSFER TO EACH OF MY EA ACCOUNTS?
No. Your rewards will only appear in the EA Account that you’ve linked to redeem your Battlefield x 5.11 unique cosmetic code.
Each EA Account can redeem up to one (1) unique codes per EA account from the Battlefield x 5.11 promotion.
WHERE IS THE BATTLEFIELD 6 x 5.11 PROMOTION AVAILABLE?
The Battlefield x 5.11 6 promotion is available for a limited run in Las Vegas, Nevada in-store, and online at 511tactical.com starting February 17, 2026.

I’M NOT A RESIDENT OF ANY PARTICIPATING COUNTRIES. CAN I STILL PURCHASE THE APPAREL?
You can only purchase the Battlefield x 5.11 apparel online at 5.11tactical.com and participating 5.11 retailers in the United States.
I MISSED THE PROMOTION CLOSING DATE, BUT STILL HAVE MY BATTLEFIELD X 5.11 PROMOTIONAL CODE. CAN I USE IT TO REDEEM THE REWARD?
The promotion ends May 11, 2026 11:59PM EDT. All codes must be redeemed by 11:59:59 EDT on May 12, 2026 11:59PM EDT. Promotional codes that have not been redeemed by this time will not be valid and will have no cash value.
WILL I BE CHARGED FOR PARTICIPATING IN THE PROMOTION?
No. You won’t be charged any additional fees after claiming your reward, other than any data fees you may incur from your mobile network or Internet provider.
WHAT WILL THE PERSONAL INFORMATION I SUBMITTED BE USED FOR?
Any personal information collected in this Promotion by 5.11 will be processed in accordance with 5.11’s Privacy Policy. Any personal information collected on the code redemption website run by EA will be processed in accordance with EA’s Privacy and Cookie Policy.
HOW DO YOU DEAL WITH FRAUDULENT CLAIMS?
We take fraudulent claims very seriously and implement processes and checks to ensure all entrants comply with the Terms and Conditions for each region.

WHEN WILL MY BATTLEFIELD X 5.11 REWARDS APPEAR IN MY GAME?
Your 5.11 cosmetics should be available in your EA Account by the start of Season 2 on February 17th, 2026. If redeemed on or after February 17th, 2026 in BATTLEFIELD™ 6 by your cosmetics will be available 24 hours after completing the code redemption process.
If you were logged into the game while completing these steps, you may need to restart the game. Make sure you use the EA Account that you connected to redeem your 5.11 unique code(s).
Rewards can take up to 24 hours to appear in-game.

MY REWARDS ARE MISSING IN GAME. WHAT CAN I DO?
If your 5.11 reward is not showing up in game, you can proceed to do the following:
● Restart Your System
Restarting your system can help missing content load. Once you’ve restarted your game, check to see if your content has loaded.
● Check which EA account you’re logged into
If you’ve got more than one EA Account, you might be logged into the wrong one.
Go to the Account Information section of your account settings to check with the EA account you’re using.
If your content has been redeemed on or sent to the wrong EA account, we can’t transfer it.
● Check for server status issues
If your game or platform’s servers are down, your content might not come through until issues are resolved.
Check our server status page and see if we’ve mentioned any problems on @EAHelp or @Battlefield.
