September 18, 2020
Dear Valued 5.11 Customer:
This is to inform you that 5.11, Inc. (“5.11”) is assisting North American Rescue (“NAR”) with their voluntary recall involving product: 30-0171 NAR Responder 4” Flat Emergency Trauma Dressing Lot TSD3819 and Lot TSD0320

NAR is recalling the Trauma Dressing due to a manufacturing deviation that resulted in a lack of assurance in the sterility of the item.
