Dear Valued 5.11 Customer:
This is to inform you that 5.11, Inc. (“5.11”) is assisting North American Rescue (“NAR”) with their voluntary recall involving product: 30-0171 NAR Responder 4” Flat Emergency Trauma Dressing Lot TSD3819 and Lot TSD0320
The Trauma Dressings were included in NAR kits (Med Kit) sold at 5.11 stores labeled: Tactical Quick Reaction Individual First Aid Kit, PN85-1128 Lot 85-1128031820 and Lot 85-1128031920
NAR is recalling the Trauma Dressing due to a manufacturing deviation that resulted in a lack of assurance in the sterility of the item. As of the date of this notice, neither NAR nor 5.11 is aware of any injuries to patients. Nonetheless, as a precautionary measure to avoid patient harm, NAR has initiated the recall of this product.
The Med Kit with the recalled Trauma Dressing was sold at 5.11 retail stores between December 23, 2019 and August 3, 2020. Below are photos of the recalled Trauma Dressing and Med Kit noting the location of the lot numbers on each product.
If you purchased or received the Med Kit during the period, December 23, 2019 through August 3, 2020, please discontinue using the Med Kit and take one of the following actions:
Return the Med Kit to any 5.11 retail location for a refund or store credit, or
Call 5.11 Customer Support at 866-451-1726 (M-F 6:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. PST) or go to our website at www.511tactical.com and click “Contact Us” to email our team. You will receive instructions on how to return your Med Kit for a store credit or refund.

NOTIFICATION OF RECALL: AROS K9 HARNESS

Our Product Development Team has received feedback from end users concerning the above-referenced AROS K9 Harness. The metal “triglide” that allows for size adjustment can break, depending on the weight or pull force of the dog. The image, to the right or below, identifies this component.
Because this harness is not meeting 5.11’s quality standards, we are issuing a voluntary recall of the AROS K9 Harness. We ask that you discontinue using this product immediately and take one of the following actions:
- Return the harness to any 5.11 retail location for a refund or store credit; or
- FOR U.S. CUSTOMERS: Contact 5.11 Customer Service at (866) 451-1726 (M-F 6:30 am to 5:00 pm PST) or CLICK HERE to email our Customer Service Team. You will receive instructions on how to return the harness for a store credit or refund.
