Shipping Information
The email you received with your tracking information is the best resource for updates and the timing of your order delivery. You can check the current status of your order on the Order Status page by entering the email address you used at purchase, along with your 11-digit order number.
If you were logged into a registered account when you purchased online, you can also view your order history and status on the My Account page.
In addition, we assure you that any shipping delays will not impact your return or exchange time frame. All returns and exchanges are based on the date your order was delivered.

US Domestic Orders
Following credit card authorization, orders placed with Ground Shipping will arrive within approximately 7-9 business days (not including Sunday, Saturday or holidays). Orders placed with Expedited Shipping will generally arrive within 3-5 business days (not including Sunday, Saturday or holidays) after credit card authorization. These delivery estimates include 2-3 days of processing time, and the transit speed based on carrier guidance. Please note: UPS may deliver to select locations on the weekend.

Additional Information
- Orders are processed Monday - Friday (excluding holidays). Order placed by 10am Pacific Time with Expedited Shipping will begin processing the same day. Orders placed after 10am Pacific Time will begin processing the following business day.
- Orders will not be processed on weekends or holidays.
- UPS may deliver on the weekend.
- Orders to APO/FPO ship free over $99 via UPS Sure Post, and typically take 2-3 weeks.
- We do not offer shipping to P.O. Boxes.
