Due to increased volume and the impact of COVID-19, we are experiencing delays in processing and shipping. Therefore, your order may take longer than usual to arrive and we are working diligently to get them to you as quickly as possible
Orders showing a status of "Processing" are still being processed at our distribution center and/or are still being prepared for Buy Online Pick-up In Store and have not yet received tracking information.
We will send you an email with tracking information when your order ships.
Customers who have orders including Buy Online Pick-up In Store items will receive an email when their items are ready for pick-up. Please contact Your Local Store if you have not received a "Ready for Pick-up" email after 3 hours of receiving your order confirmation.
Buy Online Pick-up In Store is only available in select locations, more locations coming soon.
The shipment notification email will also include a link to view Estimated Delivery Date, Sign Up for SMS Delivery Alerts, and view Detailed Shipping Activity.
