International Customer Returns

5.11 Tactical has partnered with UPS i-parcel to handle international payment collection and shipping.

5.11 Tactical’s 30-day returns policy applies to International returns. Items may not be worn or washed. You may return your merchandise to 5.11 Tactical within 30 days upon the receipt of your product. 5.11 Tactical will only honor returns on orders placed directly with 5.11 Tactical. 5.11 Tactical will not honor returns on merchandise purchased at retail locations. Refunds will be applied to original credit card used at the time of purchase or through PayPal. Taxes, duties and fees (including shipping fees) are non-refundable. Additionally, please note that return postage will not be covered or reimbursed and will be deducted from your final credit.

International Customer Exchanges:

No international exchanges are allowed. You must return any merchandise and make a new purchase.

To Make an International Return:

Returns via UPS i-Parcel

Initiate a return using the in-network i-parcel website at www.i-parcel.com/returns. Enter tracking information and the email address to where you want the return label sent. Print label and place it on the outside of the box. Drop package off at a shipping location. When the package reaches an IPF facility it is consolidated and shipped back to the U.S. Once i-Parcel receives the package in the U.S., i-Parcel will issue the refund less taxes, duties and shipping fees. 5.11 recommends using UPS to ship your return.
