Using measuring tape, measure your body at the reference points listed below.
ILIAC CREST / WAIST MEASUREMENT Place your hands on your waist and find the top of the pelvis (hip bones). Measure the circumference at this point. The measurement must be taken over and around your hip bones as this is where the belt is located.
