Yes this is a great shirt, I have several and love them. They do run big because they are cut for a shouldered weapon. If you wear OWB, you will be able to notice your armed unless you layer well.
Bought 2 last year. One size too big. I'm 5'11" about 260 lbs. they're great for concealing my sidearm and other gear. Nice and cool considering temps get well over 100 degrees where I live.
Shirts are pure junk. Care instructions says iron if needed. I tried to iron one of the two shirts I purchased. It actually crystalized the shirt..melted.
Also, they are not a concealed carry shirt. Too thin and sheer. You can see right through them. I carry OWB and you can see what Im carrying. Total waste of money.
I really like the look and craftsmanship of the shirt, however, the Small is swimming on me. I am 5'5 140lbs and I would need to be at least 170 or so to fill this thing out.
I can wear Size small in knit shirts like this from Penguin, 7 diamonds, etc.
The t-shirts in size small from 511 fit me fine, the cut on this just must run very large.
Shirt is great but runs BIG! I'm 6'2 290 lbs and have a 56" Chest and 38" waist. I ordered the 3XL based on the sizing chart and it is HUGE on me. I can grab the front of the shirt and pull it almost 10" out from my chest. I'm considering returning for a 2XL and that might even be too big. Nice to see a company not catering to the "smedium" group. Well done 5.11!
I originally ordered one 3XL because I'm a BIG guy (6'2" 285 54" Chest/38" Waist). I gave that one to a friend and had to order the 2XL and it still fits great. I actually ordered 2 because I loved the shirt so much. Perfect shirt for warmer climates or layering.
